FAQs

What are VIN and Serial Numbers? - These are the unique identifier for your machine. The Vin number is 17 digits long with the Serial Number being the last 7 digits.

Where can I find my Vin or Serial numbers?  - Both are on the metal identification plate on your machine.

How can I find the part number I require? – The easiest way is to use the Chat facility to tell us what you’re looking for and one of our experts will contact you.

I have bought the wrong product can I exchange this at another dealer? – No. All parts must be returned to Dennison JCB.

My product has arrived damaged or faulty, What should I do? – Please contact our Parts Team on 028 9344 2222 or  marketing@dennisons.co.uk and we’ll assist you in our returns process.

Do parts come with a warranty? - Yes all parts come with a minimum 6 months warranty extended to 12 months when fitted by us.

Expected Delivery?  We aim to ship all orders by the end of the next working day. We will ensure you receive regular email updates

Anything else?  Just send a chat, email or give us a call. We’re a friendly team and we’ll get back to you by the next working day or earlier.

What payment method do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal, Facebook Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay

 

Returns

  • How do I return a part? - Please contact our Parts Team on 028 9344 2222 or marketing@dennisons.co.uk

    Are returns Free?  Providing the order isn’t cancelled all returns are FOC.

    How long do I have to return a part? - All parts must be returned within 30 days.

    Can I return a part to my local dealer? No. All parts must be returned to Dennison JCB.

Refunds

  • How long will it take for me to receive my refund? - After we have received your part and it has been checked, we will refund your money via the method you paid with. You should receive payment within 5 working days.
